In a bowl, combine the flour, yeast, oil, a pinch of salt, and the butternut passed through a food mill. Knead and gradually add water until the dough is smooth and not sticky. Cover and refrigerate for 24 hours.
Peel and slice the onion into julienne strips.
Peel and cut the butternut into sticks.
Roll the dough out very thin. Spread tomato sauce over the surface and sprinkle with oregano. Add all the vegetables, olives, a drizzle of olive oil, and more oregano on top.
Bake in a preheated oven at 250 °C (480 °F) for about 10 minutes.
Feel free to add small cubes of cheese if you like.
