Ingredients
- 500 g roasted butternut squash
- 250 g cooked chickpeas
- 2 garlic cloves
- To taste: cumin, olive oil, sesame oil, salt, pepper, toasted sesame seeds
Instructions
In a Thermomix, blend the roasted butternut, cooked chickpeas, garlic, and oil for 5 minutes at maximum speed.
Serve topped with toasted sesame seeds and a side of chips for dipping.

- Peel 500 grams of butternut (from the seedless part) and slice into rounds about 0.5 cm thick.
- In a pan with plenty of oil, fry the butternut slices over low heat so they dehydrate and become crispy.
